FAQ

To check your order status, follow steps below:

1. Sign into your account by clicking the “Log In” link in the top left corner of any page.

2. You will then be able to view all your orders and their current status on Account - My Orders page.

3. By clicking the “View Order” link to the right of the order number, you can check the order summary and detailed order status history.

If you don’t have a frattello account, you’ll get an email when your order is shipped. If you want to check what’s going on, feel free to contact our customer service.

Carefully review your order information for accuracy before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, if you want to change product or cancel. When you need, first of all, please check the status of your order.

Pending: You can just leave it alone and place a new order. Please note that the pending order will display in your account within a month, after that the order will be cancel automatically and you will receive a cancellation email.
Order Processing: Please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible to cancel or change product.
Completed: It can no longer be changed or canceled, you may return it following our return&exchange policy if it meets returnable conditions.

Please note that customized items and furniture items can only be canceled within 24 hours after payment confirmation. In addition, change products only can be arranged before your original order is shipped. Some products cannot be changed, please contact customer service for any further questions. If a delivery is refused for any reason without frattello’s consent, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges and handling fees.

Changes or Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from our customer service.

Usually, your order will be dispatched in separate parcels.
This site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information, including your credit card information and sign-in password, is stored in encrypted format at all times. This website, and more important, all user information, is further protected by a multilayer firewall-based security system.
It's better to take a video of the packaging when you receive the goods. If there’s something broken, please contact our customer service with photos or video and we will follow your issue.  Email: support@frattello.com
The refund will go back onto the same card you used to place the order with us and will be paid back to you via a return transaction (within 5 business days). 
You can certainly return your item to us if you’re unhappy about the color. But please note that if it is your unwanted color, you have to bear the shipping cost. If we ship the wrong color by mistake, we will cover the shipping cost and arrange another shipment with the correct color item.
All of our items on the site have detailed dimensions. Please take a look at the dimensions of the item to check if it fits before you place an order.
This rarely happens however if this situation was to arise, please contact our customer service via support@frattello.com with the order number. 
Currently, we only support shipping to the US.
